This is a no-cable fix for Rocksmith 2014. You can now use a line in rather then an expensive real-tone cable to play Rocksmith 2014.

It works by changing addresses found by a user on the following thread;
http://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=63705&start=1185
It was later automated and will dynamically change the required memory address.

Usage:
1. Download
2. Run Rocksmith
3. Go into the sound panel and disable all microphones but one
4. Ensure that the input is set to 16bit 48kHz
5. Play rocksmith.
- You'll have to re-run the patch every time you launch Rocksmith

Expected output when run first time.

Expexted output when run when crack already used

I have it running but not the way I used to. I used to plug my Zoom G2.1u with a USB cable but now this is not working. I can only use a in line 3.5 plug
So far.... this is NOT for anyone using USB devices... This is simply a way to use a (1/4") to (3.5mm) thru the use of the mic or line-in port.

Thanks to all those working on this... please update us if you get the USB devices up.. so I can go back to using my Lightsnake. :)
Please help, I have really bad distortion ingame? Otherwise it's okay, it doesn't have it in Guitar rig nor anywhere else, it's so distorted when I get to the tuning part in the tutorial it jumps from +999 to -769, the sound is so bad. What is happening, how do I fix it? I picked 16bit 448kHz, what is the problem?
There is some noise going on in the game now, but it is crackling a lot. Is it something in the Rocksmith.ini ? I followed all the instructions, this didn't happen in Rocksmith (1)
Confirmed - This is a legit and fully working no cable fix.

Detailed Instructions (i had to do some digging to get rid of distortion):

0. I'm assuming you have the game downloaded and properly cracked, now only looking for a no-cable fix. If so, follow these steps:

1. Download this crack
2. unpack it into your Rocksmith directory
3. Plug your guitar into line-in, set it to 16bit 48kHz, disable all mics.
4. Open rocksmith.ini
5. Change the value Win32UltraLowLatencyMode= from "1" to "0"
6. Open the game using the no-cable fix .exe ( you have to do it everytime, helps to use this as a shortcut rather than the original cracked file
7. enjoy the game.

Following these steps allows you to play without the original RT cable, and gets rid of most of the distortion ( don't get me wrong sound is still a bit distorted, it's still an unperfect solution, compared to the 1st games' no-cable fix), but it let's you bypass the tuner and allows you to play and enjoy the game.

In short - you won't get the sound you'd like, but you can still hear what you play and enjoy.

Hope this helps.
The sound squealing is ominous and cannot be helped much with this method... but it's all we have for now... none of the .ini tweaks seem to do a damn thing to help...

A heavy distorted tone helps to cover some of the sound...
shitty quality is to be expected if you're just plugging into an onboard sound card or even a soundblaster, you need a GOOD guitar cable(no $5 hosa) and good card like in the 2-3 hundred dollar range at least to get good quality instrument sound through a computer, doesn't matter what it is, I bet you'd still get bad quality through the rocksmith cable.
Does anyone know whether someone works on a fix for USB cables to this crack?
I don't know if i hould wait or just order the realtone cable..
It is working, but I can't hear other tones, just clean, anyone know how to fix this?
1) Start Rocksmith2014.exe
2)In WinHex go to Tools>Open RAM...
3) It will show you a list of processes. Look for Rocksmith2014.exe (is followed by # and the process number)
4) Click the + and in the sublist inside it select Rocsmith2014.exe (is followed by the size of the program). Click Ok
5) In Search>Find Hex Values...type F806BA12 press Ok and it will set the cursor at that position
6) Susbtitute the BA 12 with YOUR cable's vendor ID but with the 2 last values first. In my case Vendor Id was 8BB (or 08BB) so I put the values as follows: BB 08
7)Locate FF 00 in the line below and substitute it with YOUR cable's product ID but with the 2 last values first. In my case Vendor Id was 2902 so I put the values as follows: 02 29
8)Close the "Rocksmith2014" tab in WinHex (if you don't ,changes are not applied ).
9)Go to Sounds in the Control Panel disable and enable your input device and that's all.
This works, i mean my guitar is recognized but I cant get pass the tuner. The game keeps crackling and it doesn't hold the tunning. My guitar is perfectly in tune already but i cant pass this. I've already tried Win32UltraLowLatencyMode= from "1" to "0" but it is not enough. Anyone have other suggestions on what to do?
WORKS. i use on my laptop with the built in mic next to my amp. In Rocksmith you can go into the settings and turn the volume of the guitar all the way down to get rid of the squealing sound. plug headphones in so you can hear the music and youre good to go
